Location was great! Easy walk to Chipichape and Pacific Mall for shopping, food, and amenities. Also good jumping off point to go by car to other places in the city (San Antonio, Granada, Delirio). Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with air conditioning. We enjoyed using the rooftop patio. Breakfast was good and convenient.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The location is great, very close to the mall. Room was nice, AC worked great, bathroom was also nice. Wifi was ok, about 2mbps, rooftop was a nice view, security was always around outside which made you feel safe.

It is very well located, the rooms are clean a d the staff is very helpful. I did enjoy the top level rooms more as those are more quiet.
